Nepali people should have pesticide free veggies: PM Oli

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that he will look into the matter where he was not reportedly informed of the letter from Indian embassy in India to imported fruits and vegetables in the toasticide test.

Inaugurating the National Workshop organized by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration here today, Prime Minister Oli clarified that the government has started exporting vegetables and vegetables for imported from India with an objective of pesticide free food items.


He added that the pesticide residue test was not against anyone, it was only for bringing pesticide-free food items to the Kitchen of Nepali people.


Prime Minister Oli said that the healthy, effective, transparent and service-oriented administrative service will be provided, “The administration sector should work in a smooth and easy way.”

The PM said, “Some people have described the state as a separate autonomous body. This is not the fact. The state is a body of independent nation by the federal government regulated.”

He clarified that there is a provision that will be related to the security, international affairs and financial resources related to the federal government.
