Cyclist dies after being hit by bus in Chitwan
Chitwan, 14 Oct ;A man is believed to have succumbed to his injuries in the early 30s after being hit by a bus while he was cycling at Ratnanagar-3 in Chitwan district along the East-West Highway this morning.
The identity of the deceased has not been ascertained yet, according to the District Police Office, Chitwan. Critically injured in the incident, the man breathed his last at Bharatpur Hospital during the treatment.
The driver of the bus that knocked down the man has been absconding along with the incident following the bus. Search for the bus and bus driver was underway, police said.
